Abstract:

In order to introduce satellite communication technologies into the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, the AT-MN-2.1 subscriber terminal and the Gonets-Case product from the Gonets-D1M multifunctional personal satellite communication system were tested to verify their compliance with departmental tactical and technical requirements. Based on the test results obtained, the possible areas of application of subscriber equipment and the feasibility of its use in police work are determined.
