Abstract:

The article discusses the design of the printed assembly of the device for monitoring the parameters of the aircraft movement during its take-off. The device belongs to the class of on-board equipment and is intended for installation in the cockpit. The main purpose is to calculate and track the distance parameters in real time for the take-off speed set, as well as to warn about emergency situations caused by insufficient acceleration and the danger of rolling out of the runway.

The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and schematic diagram of the device, as well as the design of the printing unit that meets the requirements of the terms of reference.

The calculations performed during the study are based on the analysis of the dynamics of the aircraft during takeoff. A logically connected structure of the device with a description of the functionality of individual nodes has been developed. A block diagram of the data processing algorithm by the aircraft motion parameters monitoring device is given. Based on the block diagram, a schematic diagram of the device and a 3D model of the printed node have been developed. Next, a series of computational experiments was performed to determine the thermal conditions of the printing unit and its resistance to mechanical loads. The most important task solved by the developers during the design of the device is to ensure the reliability of the control of the parameters of the aircraft movement on the runway. This means that the device must instantly recognize all discrepancies between the actual parameters of the aircraft movement and the calculated dynamic characteristics of the take-off and, regardless of possible errors of previous measurements, should not give false positives. The reliability of the device depends not only on the measurement error introduced by each functional node, but also on the correctness of the choice of decision-making criteria, since different dynamic characteristics correspond to each type of aircraft, and an incorrect choice of the initial values of these characteristics will inevitably lead to an unreliable result. All procedures of design design, modeling and engineering analysis were performed using specialized CAD systems Altium Designer, SolidWorks Simulation, Flow Simulation, which increases the reliability of the results obtained.

The obtained research results and materials are implemented in the design methodology of radio-electronic means.
