The article concerns the problem of the most effective organization of business processes. Graphs of functions of mathematical expectation of the result of linear and some nonlinear structures of business processes are built. A comparison between the average values ​​of the result and the grounds of the exponential function in the mathematical expectation formulas of the result for the business processes of these structures is made. It is determined that the lowest speed of efficiency decrease is seen in the parallel model, and the highest in the serial model with processing of the minimum input. Conclusions about the most optimal organization of business processes are made.
