Abstract:
Biotechnical methods allow sports-medical personnel as soon as possible to get adequate information about the physiological state of the microcirculationin athletes. One of the trends in modern sports is the prediction of athletic performance of athletes on the basis of diagnostic data. The analysis of the technical capabilities of the combined method of study of cerebral hemodynamics and microcirculation based on the theory of separate capillary blood using standard hardware and software complex laser Doppler flowmetry «LAKK−02» and elec-troencephalograph «Telepath−104R». The basic of the theory of separate capillary blood flow in athlets are described. Technical aspects described by the authors, facilitate introduction and further development of predictive diagnostic techniques in sports medicine. The results of the research show that sport results depend strongly on the practical use of the innate physiological characteristics of athletes. Conducting REG and LDF studies is non-invasive and most informative in predicting sports results. Designed diagnostic system allows adequate sports selection. The developed technique has been used successfully to predict and sports selection at the Department of Physical Education in Vladimir State University.
