Abstract:
The main objective in the design of radio electronic means (REM): "Based on the requirements of Reference for the development of REM, ensure reliability indices of each electronic components (EC) and the cabinet design, the unit as a whole, taking into account the mechanical, thermal, electrical, electromagnetic and other physical processes in REM".
The only way to solve this problem before manufacturing a prototype REM - is modeling.
The analysis programs to analyze reliability indices EC: ASRN, ASONIKA-K ASONIKA-B, etc. The studies found out the main obstacles to the full implementation of reliability analysis using REM ASRN, ASONIKA-K ASONIKA-B, etc. As a result of the analysis it was found that by far the existing software systems do not allow, according to the requirements of technical specifications for the development of REM, ensure reliability indices of each EC and cabinet design, the unit as a whole, taking into account the mechanical, thermal, electrical, electromagnetic and other physical processes in the REM. Thus, to create a competitive and highly reliable equipment urgent problem is to solve the problems of the automated analysis of the reliability of its supporting structure, taking into account the complex effects in the shortest time and at minimal cost.
The analysis of universal and specialized programs designed to meet the challenges of modeling of thermal processes: ANSYS, NASTRAN, ASONIKA, ISPA, etc. As a result of the analysis it was found that by far the existing foreign and domestic software systems do not allow the automatic construction of models of thermal processes arbitrary constructions REM in the early stages of design. Thus, the current task is the development of methodology and software, allows automated synthesis models of thermal processes and arbitrary constructions REM modeling of thermal regimes in the early stages of design.
