There is a considerable quantity of important problems which can be automated effectively with use the Internet. In most cases the data is transferred manually, or with e-mail use. For effective interaction of executors with customers it is necessary to organise uniform system - virtual design office (VDO). Including possibility to exchange electronic documents and the data for performance of calculations in uniform information field through the Internet. Proceeding from kinds of calculations and design types the subsystem which will be used steals up. All objects of calculation are presented in system in the form of a tree. Files can be attached to each element of hierarchy of a design with the initial data. By results of calculations, etc. Also on each element correspondence between the executor and the customer can be conducted.
