Abstract:
Judicial reform of 1864 is marked by acceptance of 4 acts which for many years forward have defined a direction of development of our remedial legislation. It is a question of establishment of judicial establishments, the Charter of criminal legal proceedings, the Charter of civil legal proceedings and the Charter about the punishments imposed by world judges.
