Abstract:

Statement of the problem. Currently, the specifics of the processes of preparing (PP) complex technical systems (TS) for their inten­ded use make them complex objects of management, in particular, in the implementation of operational calendar planning (OCP).
Increasing the efficiency of these processes involves the improvement of existing and the development of new methods OCP in the automated workplaces of managers of these works.

The possibility of decomposition of the complex task of the OCP PP TS, taking into account the specifics of the processes under consideration, is considered and a method for decomposing the task of the OCP of preparing TS for its intended use in the test center for the preparation of these products is developed.

Purpose. Consider the possibility of decomposing (dividing) a complex problem of the OCP PP TS into a number of simpler problems, the solution to each of which can be obtained independently of the solution to other problems, and forming a solution to the original problem based on a set of solutions to individual problems.

Results. The use of the decomposition method allows, in most of the situations encountered in practice, to find a valid solution to the problem of OKP PP TS to application and gives the opportunity to take into account and use the existing right of the lower-level planning body to make independent decisions when drawing up and operative adjustment of the calendar plans of preparation of TS at the workplace (RM). This allows to localize the development of management actions to reduce or eliminate the negative impact of disturbing factors on the preparation of TS in the planning bodies of those RM where delays in preparation have occurred.
