Digital antenna arrays (DAAs) of L-band frequencies are used to improve the reliability of coordinate-time provision and the availability of GNSS in conditions of an ever-deteriorating electromagnetic environment, an increasing number and power of sources of
jammers.
The non-identical nature of the analog receiving channels of the DAA in terms of the frequency response and phase response, as well as the high computational complexity of the algorithms for space-time signal processing, are significant factors that limit the possibilities for improving the DAA under these conditions.
The purpose of the work is to reduce the computational complexity of algorithms for space-temporal signal processing in the DAA with a large number of spatial receiving channels by means of automatic periodic correction of the channels by the frequency response and phase response.
The results achieved are as follows: the algorithm of automatic digital correction of the receiving channels of the DAA is described, its efficiency is analyzed, and the savings in the number of operations of the jammers compensation algorithm due to the periodic correction of the receiving channels are determined.
Practical significance − the ability to ensure the performance of the DAA in a large amount of interference by increasing the number of data processing channels by saving computational resources.
