Winding of DC micromotors of slotless design with permanent magnets consists of sections manufactured in the form of separate templates or by continuous winding of round copper wires on technological equipment. The process of winding sections, especially manual, is labor-intensive, less accurate and long, and the filling of the section cross-section of the winding with insulated wire is quite low. The printed method of manufacturing windings is devoid of the above disadvantages. The article considers the printed method of manufacturing windings of DC micromotors of slotless design with permanent magnets.
The purpose of the work to highlight the features of manufacturing windings of DC micromotors of slotless design with permanent magnets by the printed method.
As a result of the work done, the first prototypes of printed windings were manufactured. In performing the work, an empirical research method was used. The obtained results will speed up the process of manufacturing windings of DC micromotors of slotless design with permanent magnets, increase their accuracy and repeatability of manufacture.
