Abstract:

The methodological foundations are formulated and the problems of system substantiation of antenna requirements based on the objective characteristics of radio electronic systems (RES) are considered. The contradictions of the indicator parameters of the objective characteristics of the RES in the formation of requirements for antennas are noted. For space-based airborne radar complexes, radar systems for measuring navigation parameters, and communication systems of repeater satellites servicing areas with a complex boundary shape, analytical relations have been obtained linking the characteristics and parameters of antennas with the objective characteristics of the RES. For the considered types of RES, the main directions for optimizing the characteristics and parameters of antennas are shown.
