Abstract:

In the context of global technological and economic competition between countries, the task of replacing foreign-made products in the Russian market to achieve economic and technological sovereignty is one of the most urgent at the moment. In these conditions, Russia is faced with the urgent issue of forming a new technological policy in the country to achieve independence from foreign companies and ensure the sustainable functioning and development of domestic production systems. The sustainability of the development and functioning of production systems is ensured by timely modernization, which makes it possible to ensure an increase in the quality of products, the efficiency of production factors and a reduction in the production cycle necessary in the current economic and political conditions. In this regard, there is a need to modernize the existing control system of automated warehouse complexes in JSC NPP Radiosvyaz, which currently interacts exclusively with automated warehouse complexes of elevator type Kardex Shuttle XP. The paper presents the results of modernization of the existing control system of automated warehouse complexes, by expanding the functionality of the system's interaction not only with Kardex Shuttle XP, but also with automated warehouse systems CTT of Russian production of ASIS. Also, a modern method of software development was applied to the modernized control system, due to the addition of a microservice architecture, which simplifies the scaling and development of the system in the future. The results obtained allow us to use this experience for other production systems.
