A modern approach to solving problems of design and technological preparation of production in the production of radio-electronic complexes requires the formation of digital models used later at all stages of the product life cycle. In this regard, radio-electronic industries, in which products with a complex technological composition are designed and manufactured, need to carry out a digital transformation of business processes, the main ones being design processes, technological processes, and production management processes. The key role in the enterprise’s formed digital landscape will be played by automated systems that provide information support for design, production, and management processes. It is the functionality of the Computer-Aided Process Planning (CAPP), the possibility of its integration with the used CAD- and PLM-systems, automated enterprise management systems that determine the overall efficiency of digitalization of production.
To study the domestic market of CAPP offerings, analyze the functionality of the systems, and evaluate the possibility of integrating CAPP into the digital landscape of radio-electronic manufacturing.
The analysis of CAPP functionality in solving such tasks of technological process design as development of technological process scheme; design of technological route; design of operations; design of technological transitions; development of control programs for CNC equipment has been carried out. The systematization of information allowing to make a choice of a particular CAPP, depending on the tasks faced by radio-electronic production in the manufacture of complex radio-electronic complexes is carried out.
