Abstract:

Based on the provisions of the works of the authors [1–7], using the results of studies described in the work of the authors [8] and devoted to establishing the properties of determinism of partial autocorrelation functions (PACF) of double derivatives of recurrent sequences (DDRS) of the «non-nested» type, it becomes necessary to develop appropriate technical -algorithmic proposals and schemes for the implementation of the «third decision scheme» (TDS) for the reception and processing of noise-like broadband signals (NLBS) in the form of a «non-nested» type DDRS in the scope of their identification, synchronization, effective reception and processing. Develop technical and algorithmic proposals and schemes for the implementation of the TDS for receiving and processing NLBS in the form of a DDRS of a «non-embedded» type.

The technical-algorithmic proposals and schemes for the implementation of the TDS for receiving and processing SHSS in the form of a DDRS of the «non-nested» type are presented. These proposals can be directly used as the basis for the construction of algorithms and technical schemes corresponding to these processes.
