Abstract:

Shipbuilding is a complex production process with a complex and multi-component structure. At the same time, production processes are non-linear and have many interpenetrating overlaps, and shipbuilders are faced with increasingly complex tasks at all stages of building orders, from design to testing and commissioning of ships. The issue of obtaining information about the current state of the order and the possibility of monitoring the state of production processes in real time becomes relevant.

The purpose of the work is to justify the use of a routing algorithm based on the theory of fuzzy sets in order to use radio frequency identification (RFID) technology to monitor products and promote technological production processes.

The article explores the possibility of using RFID technology to monitor the production processes of building ships. The above ways of using RFID technology for monitoring technological processes in shipbuilding at the stage of formation of ship systems allow minimizing costs and increasing the efficiency of management decisions.
