Abstract:

Modern achievements in the field of radio communications, navigation, computer technologies, and electronic cartography make it possible to widely use them not only for controlling air, sea, and space objects, but also for ground-based mobile objects. The analysis of mobile object management systems confirms the special importance and significance of integration of navigation, communication and control systems in achieving the goals of the operation based on the network-centric management principle [1,2]. Therefore, in the interests of managing mobile objects, integrated navigation, communication and management systems are being developed and implemented, which rationally combine telecommunications technologies, navigation technologies and geoinformation systems. Integrated navigation, communication and control systems are modern automated multi-level human-machine systems designed for centralized remote monitoring of the state and operational control of the movement of mobile objects [3,4]. Integration of navigation and telecommunications systems has had the greatest effect. There was a real technical breakthrough in SOFTWARE management, the control ring was closed in real time [3].
