Features of multirange antenna system constructions on airborne radar complexes for an environments sensing

Abstract:
In article are considered features of a radar observation of airspace, ground and above-water objects with using radar of a environment sensing, carry out in various frequency ranges. Analysis results of different variant antenna system arrangements in such modern radars is given. Given also requirements, which can meets of multirange radar antenna systems (MRAS). Possible arrangement variants of antenna systems such radars with three?, four - and five frequency ranges is suggested. Antenna systems of a S?, L - and P-range are recommended to arrange in rotatory dorsal mushroom-shaped radome in forms equilateral triangle or circle. Entered into MRAS antenna arrays of X-range it is advisable to arrange along of two fuselage boards, as well as in head and tail parts of an aircraft. Antennas of f VHF-range have suggested to arrange also along aircraft boards. At that it is possible either a structural matching of X - and VHF-range antennas in one common aperture or their a separate arrangement along fuselage boards. It is considered also features of a common information processing in multirange airborne radar complexes, which it is necessary take into consideration under a development of such radar systems.
