The results of the development and characteristics of remote transceiver modules for on-board secondary radar (communication) systems that providing a wide dynamic range of input signals and the required frequency selectivity of the receiving channels and the linearity of the power amplifiers of the transmission channels of the modules are presented. The developed remote receiving-transmitting modules for on-board radar systems of the decimeter range, made in the form of functionally finished sealed ultrahigh-frequency modules, make it possible to generate energetically favorable radiation signals and, at the same time, significantly improve the sensitivity of the receiver due to reduction of losses in the antenna-feeder system path.
