Abstract:

The authors of this article have developed a number of programs that simulate the calculation of the position of navigation satellites for global navigation satellite systems GLONASS, GPS and Galileo based on the initial data of the almanacs. The method of forecasting the availability of global navigation satellite systems is studied with observance of the specified accuracy. The results of calculating the availability of global navigation satellite systems over space are obtained, the shapes of the areas of the earth's surface are analyzed on which different values of the accuracy requirements for position measurement are provided.
