Abstract:

Determination of navigation satellites positions at each time is necessary for all navigational problems. We propose a new interpolation framework based on a version of machine learning, it automatically adapts to any type of orbits and has a significantly smaller (compared to the interpo-lation methods recommended by IGS) RMS of the deviation between the interpolated and the actual satellite orbits: it has RMS = 0,8 cm for 6-point patterns for GLONASS orbits and RMS = 0,3 cm for GPS orbits.
