Abstract:
In this paper we propose an algorithm for selection of the atmospheric plasma decoys based on information received from radar tracking data. Assessment of the EPR plasma membrane allows efficient breeding purposes in the upper atmosphere. In the case where the plasma sheath EPR true and false targets have similar values, feature selection is an effective ballistic coefficient estimation. The most successful feature of the procedure for the selection of targets is an indirect estimate of the mass. Based on the results of the synthesized algorithms breeding purposes, which may be implemented in CEC existing and future CP (RLS).
