Application area of gas-turbine power supply plant and associated application problems, which could be solved by means of special digital control unit, are presented. Communication between control unit and power supply plant is described, structural scheme of unit links with power supply plant elements, as well as unit constructive packaging inside power plant are shown. Digital unit arrangement and its structure are presented; applying engineering solutions for its function realization are described also. Unit operating algorithm and its functioning in power supply plant are shown. Particularly aufbau principle of data exchange with control device is described and codes which unit performs. Comparison with compatible devices is presented. The advantages of power supply plant with embedded digital control system are described compare with analog devices, manually controlled by special handboxes.
