Abstract:
In this paper, we present a review of world-wide developments achieved in a manufacturing of industrial ultrahigh speed signal con-verters - ADCs and DACs - over a period of 4-5 years, and give the most known and interesting ultrahigh speed: ADCs with sampling rate equal 5 and 20 GHz as well as DACs with sampling rate equal 3-5 GHz. We produce a compare of datasheet of ultrahigh speed ADCs-DACs. The features of construction and applications of consider ADCs-DACs and perspectives of development are examines. Leaders of market ADCs-DACs are E2V with ADCs sampling rate equal 5 and 20 GHz and Analog Devices with DAC sampling rate equal 5,7 GHz.
