Abstract:
In modern time appears many optical observant instruments and speed technology, including planes, helicopters, speed machines and etc., appears the needs of the installation like equipment on the transport machines for the reason preventions damages. The Big amount damage is caused also the presence of the atmospheric distortion (the smog, mist, snow, rain and etc.). The designed by author program complex on removal any types of the atmospheric distortion, so and dark night background It is possible to use and for safe systems, for improvement of the quality and resolution of the distorted images.
For the operating the proposed complex necessary to install on transport facility photo detector with diameter of the aperture 0,1 m and, photo matrix for registration of the scenes with the size approximately 256х256 or 512х512 pixels and special processor . Time of the processing of the scenes is approximately 0,1-0,5 s. If here include time of the registrations of the scenes and entering images in special processor, as well as output on screen, that full cycle of the eliminating the atmospheric distortion forms several seconds.
The speech in report goes about method of the processing small contrast scenes and very small signal by using the integral operator and fractional fractal-scaling methods. If translate the available complex of the programs on Assembler and adding the matrix Fourier-processor, that this time possible vastly to reduce and approach to processing real-time. Note that complex capable to process the scenes, got in visible range of the lengths of the waves not only, but also in IR - a range, as well as under coherent illumination under investigation scene. In the opinion of authors like high-speed observant - processing and identifying complex, most reasonable use in modern aircraft technology, where typical flights in bad weather condition, as well as when boarding on unacquainted aerodromes at failure or breakage of the staff facilities of the boarding. Also, the interest presents installing the complex to wide-spread unmanned technology for the reason monitoring the surfaces of the Earth, or, for instance, for finding timber or peat fire or small zones of the inflammation. When installing the similar complex on specialized flying machine possible to observe the cosmic objects on small distance i.e. lead the regular studies of the space, however this will require increase the diameter of the receiving aperture speed photo recorder.
