Abstract:
Authors have developed and studied closed-loop laser beam focusing system, operating by a control signal at the doubled frequency of modulation of the spherical wave front. System operates by the method of aperture probing. Theoretical limit of the accuracy of the method has been achieved. For beam aperture 0,7 m and angular divergence φgauss=1,8-10-5 rad focusing error is less than 10-6 diopters was shown.
