Abstract:
High-energy spacecraft transponders of a satellite network «RGS-B» Ka/Q-band (20/44 GHz) multibeam antenna systems that form narrow beams (about 0,54°×0,54°) that provide high levels of protection against interfering signals from other radio-electronic means and acceptable reliability (availability) of the areas of satellite communications with mobile objects 0,95-0,96. Due to the spa- tial selection of radio in Uplink provides protection from stray radio signals that exceed the level of the wanted signal from 71 time (18,5 dB) for extreme and up to 562 times (27,5 dB) for the Central areas of communication (rays), respectively. The necessity and expediency of use of spacecraft for satellite communication network «RGS-B» to provide mobile satellite communi- cations are also due to the grouping of 2 spacecraft is able to provide 56 zones, each with a diameter of about 360 km, covering the area from the North Atlantic to the Kuril Islands and from the southern borders of the Russian Federation and countries of the former USSR to polar latitudes of the Russian Federation. It seems appropriate to ensure that the spacecraft for satellite communication network «RGS-B» for mobile broadband facilities by expanding on the basis of their Broadband mobile satellite communications (BMSC). BMSC to be built based on mobile (container type) Central earth stations (HUB) antenna with a diameter of 4,2 m and provide work in the movement of mobile stations moving objects with a diameter antennas of 0,45-0,5 m. Bitrate for stations operating in the movement, will be 1024-2048 kbps with the availability of the connection direction is not less 0,95. A mobile earth station equipped with an automatically deployable antennas with a diameter of 1,2 m when parked, and with short stops should provide full-duplex communication at bitrate from 2 Mbps to 6 Mbps.
