Abstract:
The technical requirements for the developed operational amplifier microcircuit and reference to functional analog microcircuit op162 by Analog Devices are presented in this paper. It offers some circuit solutions, but only one of them meets all the requirements of the specification. The description of the chosen circuit solution is given in the text. The resulting circuit solution is examined for tempera- ture and frequency dependences of the operational amplifier parameters. The results of the investigation are given in comparison with the graphs of the dependences characteristics of functional analog microcircuit. The summary table of the achieved characteris- tics is given and the conclusion to meeting the requirements of the specification is made.
