Abstract:
One of the main subtasks in the task control level networks of infocommunication networks for special purposes (ICN SP) is to ensure processes flow direction of the requirements for passing through a very specific level nodes of the network. Each path in a tiered network is characterized by certain quantitative indicators (number of transit nodes, the capacity of bundles of virtual channels, bandwidth, channels, etc.). The way to tier the network specified by the plan of distribution requirements, which is set for a certain time (interval or cycle control) the priority of outgoing directions from each node level network to all other nodes. Plan of distribution the flow of requirements is quite uniquely identifies the routes of movement of information requirements and communications main- tenance at each level of the network ICN SP. The first time the task of choosing the routes of transmission of calls or messages in the networks that are created on the technology of the 1960-1970 ss, was not considered as the control objective, but only as a proce- dure of choice of routes (routing problem). This was due to the fact that when designing the network manually start a pre-planned way of information transfer. However, more recently, the concept of «dynamic network management», which implies the statement of the problem the formation and selection of routes in the network as control problem. To reduce the problem of «dynamic network management» only to the problem of choosing wrong ways, so it is useful to consider the task of information management, which is based on the task of forming a plan of distribution of streams.
