Indicators quality assessment of automated information collection system functioning

Abstract:
The automated systems of telemetric information, carry to a class of information systems which main purpose are collecting, process- ing, storage and representation of the set volumes of measuring information. Output information is result of functioning of the considered systems which indicators of quality determine the level of fitness of system to efficiency of purpose of the difficult distributed system. Extent of realization of the purpose of functioning of the automated system is defined by values of compliance to the im- posed requirements to indicators of quality of target result. Refer probability of reliable submission of the processed information dur- ing the set period of functioning of system to indicators of reliability of providing measuring information, an average time between failures, average time of restoration after refusal, and also an availability quotient. Realization of the offered approach is considered on the example of an assessment of quality of functioning of system of processing of telemetric information in real time.
