Abstract:
Two self-oscillators stabilized by dielectric resonators research was conduct. There are output frequency 2,5 GHz and 4,5 GHz. It was shown that frequency drift is 14,3 kHz and 14,8 kHz respectively for a floor of hour after switching on. Dependence of frequency on supply voltage (in the range from 4,5 V to 5,5 V) is considered. The results of measuring are 37,6 kHz/V and 30,8 kHz/V respectively.
