The microstrip ring resonators and the band-pass filters based on such resonators

Abstract:
The topology of microstrip resonators with the conductor in the form of a rectangular ring and their amplitude-frequency characteris- tics is shown. The multimode functioning of resonators is carried out at the expense of a special form of conductors, extended along axis x and axes у. The filters based on such resonators are investigated. The constructions have high frequency selective properties because of high steepness of slopes amplitude-frequency characteristic and high-frequency expanded stopband. The good confor- mance of the calculated data in comparison with the received data on experimentally made microstrip device is shown.
