Abstract:
Ensuring a high degree of verification parameters of components parameters for electronic equipment both individually and in inter- action with each other is one of the important tasks when creating instruments and devices. This task can be solved only under con- dition of providing the functionality of the technological process electrical check of the devices and the improvement of control and test equipment.
