Abstract:
Appearing of robotized aids of ground and air exploring, in particular, small unmanned flying machines puts in fact the new problem of distance detecting and identifying the objects with limited low effective dispersion target area of order 0,001-0,01 m2. The possibilities of modern surveillance pulsed detecting radars of such class are limited by «dead zone» within 1-10 km and low height flight targets approximately 20-100 m under increased influence of local objects: large forest areas, construction objects, flights of birds, etc. The version of solving of decided task by using the parameteiric modulation of deflected radar signals at the ex- pense of rotation of small unmanned flying machines - blades or other vibrating surfaces of air or ground targets is examined in the materials of this article.
