Abstract:
Noise immunity of parallel search algorithm upon both components is analyzed for two-component spread spectrum signal consisting of pilot and information components. Pilot component has MSK-BOC(2) modulation, and information component has MSK(2) modula- tion. The error probability diagrams are presented depending on signal-to-noise ratio with coherent and non-coherent accumulation. Statistical modeling results match with analytic results with sufficient accuracy. Required signal-to-noise ratio is 11 and 12,5 dB re- spectively to provide acceptable error probability.
