Abstract:
The aim of the proposed paper is to propose a methodology of approach to the construction and implementation of modern enterprise management system, the build system of production and scientific-technical activity on the basis of the theory of lean production, target costing, balanced scorecard. The report describes the main methods of introduction of new technologies and organization of scientific and production activities of the enterprises of electronic industry: 1. Analysis and change management system of the enterprise. 2. The methodology of implementation of modern systems of production based algorithms James Vomica and VSM approach, with the organization of scientific-technical activity on the basis of target-costing and building the quality management system. 3. Objectively assess and monitoring of results in the framework of the third stage of implementation of production systems in the enterprise.
