Abstract:
The European Telecommunications Standards Institute-s DVB-RCS standard [1] calls for a return link using a multi-frequency time division multiple access (MF-TDMA) scheme [1]. Current satellite data services are geared to users who generate steady-stream data. A means of supporting bandwidth on demand is being considered to optimize multi-media services. In this article developed a method for design of superframe of a return channel of a satellite communication network of DVB-RCS standard. The method provides high resource utilization of network bandwidth. A main difference between this method and are known earlier is determining superframe length to getting reduce a burst time plan allocation and waiting for traffic data standing in a satellite terminal buffer.
