Estimation of quening systems parameters considering postaction in streams of served demands

Abstract:
Modeling of quening systems (MSS) gains now the increasing relevance. It is caused first of all by that fact that modern systems and networks of information transfer and processing are systems of quenes in essence. Results of analytical modelling of mass service systems are discussed in the article for a case when streams of served demands are approximated by Erlang streams. The method of space expansion of system phase conditions is applied to find the solution of the task. Results of modelling are compared with classical theory calculations, and on this basis correction factors are received, allowing to consider postaction in quening systems. Coefficients of correction for MSS refusal probability have obviously expressed maximum in the most actual area of system workload, which is ρ = (0,6−0,8)n, where is n is the number of channels. Values of the coefficient of correction are about 1,6−1,7. Thus, the need to consider an after-effect in flows of the served demands for the purpose of receiving adequate estimates of the quening system parameters is confirmed.
