Abstract:
Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV), intelligence, surveillance and control may serve as an additional means of armed struggle, reinforcing the main group of modern manned aircraft systems airborne warning and control, and can also be used independently. The article gives examples of airborne radar for these UAV. Shown that the main tactical problems solved unmanned systems and airborne radar equipment, are: detection and tracking of air, surface and ground targets, the formation of radar (radar map), the earth\'s surface, ensuring the recognition of types and classes of air and ground (surface) objects , transfer of radar data from UAV to ground (maritime) and air control points, receiving commands from ground-based and target (maritime) and air control centers, information security operations and in-flight refueling, ensuring planting UAVs, information provision of air weapons. In this modern UAV radar systems are characterized by the ability to solve a wide range of practical problems, more informative, the intellectual capacity, acceptable dimensions and weight and cost parameters, and the possibility of accommodation in a variety of military and national economic destination.
