Abstract:
In article the main systems of delivery of video of a content (DVB-S2/T2/C2/H/SH, LTE, IPTV and OTTV) are defined and analysed. It is shown that now the increasing popularity is gained by the new OTTV technology (Over-the-Top Television). This technology allows to adapt a given video content for the capacity of a network (Adaptive Bit Rating - ABR) and to organize a broadcasting of one content on various types of terminals (Multiscreen Delivery). It is shown that OTTV the technology the next stage of development of universal personal communication - UPT (Universal Personal Telecommunication). Developing UPT concept, requirements to future hybrid clever intellectual television are shown.
