Abstract:
In this work the design procedure signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio of output of wide-band array for usage choice purpose of broadband or narrow-band schemes of array signal processing for HF wave band, is stated. It is supposed that signals of antenna elements are processed by adaptive algorithm on the basis of Wiener-Hopf equation, accepting desired signal of the known direction and suppressing all off-site interferences of other unknown directions. Examples of three typical antenna arrays are considered: 1) linear azimuthal, 2) linear elevation, 3) circular array. Analytical formulas of outcome SINR of these arrays depending on tap delay line quantity, processing sensors signals, and also depending on bandwidth and interferences and arrivals angles of a signal and interferences are received. Basic functions calculations scripts in the gained formulas are resulted. By the obtaining of the given formulas such supposition was used that signal power spectral density is constant in the set position (spectrally effective signals). The given supposition allows to use the mentioned above formulas for the upper estimation of arrays outcome SINR at arbitrary used signals. On the basis of the obtained dependences the behaviour of outcome SINR for the specified arrays depending on signal band and interferences was investigated at one and several offsets in delays lines. Also antenna energetics deterioration depending on under frequency of digitization antenna components signals complex envelope, that occurs by digital signal processing was investigated. It is shown that in most cases for HF wave band, the narrow-band processing scheme can be used, by which in every branch one phaser is placed (or one complex factor) without delay lines. It is necessary to pay attention to linear elevation array, and also some parts of SINR circular array curve. For one offset, in the first case on the bass frequency difference SINR between signal bands in 40 and 320 kHz can reach till 10 dB, and in the second case - till 3,5 dB. By reduction of SINR depending on frequency of digitization antenna components signals complex envelope the mentioned above arrays should be taken into account. In these cases energetics of arrays the dB reduces, that can be noticed behind demodulator antenna.
