Abstract:
In this article discusses the role of information technology (IT) to facilitate automation of main processes of the quality management system (QMS), affecting the increase of the efficiency of quality of production organizations, specialized in production of high-tech products. Identified the main directions of automation control systems of these organizations. Defined modern trends able to improve the management of the processes of product creation of these organizations.
