The method of operational accounting influence medium in trajectory measurements

Abstract:
Providing the required accuracy characteristics of radar is an important task. Its solution depends on many factors, including the current state of ground atmospheric slice. Radar error analysis due to the influence of the atmosphere shows that they can be divided into systematic and random. Systematic errors can be considered beforehand when radar is working. To calculate the systematic errors are used geophysical models of the atmosphere and also radio propagation model that implements ray tracing algorithm. There are several ways to calculate the spatial distribution of meteorological parameters for the model of the lower atmosphere including the adaptation of model according to the current weather measurements. Adjustments for elevation angle and distance are calculated by using ray tracing algorithm in a simulated atmosphere. Interpolation algorithm for three-dimensional grid of "visible" coordinates is proposed for processing large flow of targets in field of radar-s view. Check the calculated refractive corrections based on experimental data of tracking adjusting spacecrafts.
