System of a supply with information and military management of a submarine

Abstract:
In article the questions of the armed antagonism which are based on principles of achievement of information superiority, based on application supply-line architecture of an exchange of information are considered. It is thus shown that supply-line military operations are not universal way of maintenance of the superiority. Its just a way of competent use of possibilities modern network and an information technology for task in view performance for the least time with the minimum expenses at the minimum losses. Application supply-line principles means not only wide application of network technologies, but also new ways of command and management that can become one of ways of restriction of decentralisation and self- organising. Such approach assumes that fighting unit, such as a submarine which is in one area of operations, possessing an incorporated picture of a military operations at creation of conditions for self- synchronisation of actions, can independen tly choose adequate decisions more quickly and not demand for this detailed centralised management. Application supply-line structures should be considered only as a communication component for information exchange, creations of a uniform information field and synchronisation maintenance at all levels of management with hierarchical division of tactical elements (submarine systems) into main roles of intentions of the commander into military operations. Thus, having fixed on each level of hierarchy the functions in supply-line system, it is necessary to achieve an exception of information redundancy and maintenance of timeliness of the information arriving on this or that level of management. The decision of such problem will demand the new approach to creation of structure of a supply with information and submarine management. Realisation of the given concept with reference to a submarine is limited to decentralisation and self- organising of technical means and arms in a direction of perfection of an intellectual component of management. For this purpose on the basis of information association concerning isolated means from structure of the onboard equipment and external watch facilities functionally complete complex capable to operative adaptation on management and supervision for effective performance of a current tactical problem in various conditions of fighting application is created. Realisation of prospective information supply system and military management on a submarine will allow to raise reliability of illumination of conditions and to keep time of reaction of system not less than in 2?.3 times.
