In the given work the problem is considered at creation of technical devices with high reliability and calculation of its quantity indicators, and the new method of its decision is offered. The technique of maintenance of indicators of non-failure operation and durability is considered at designing of devices on the basis of complex researches of their characteristics within the limits of CALS-technologies. Definition of an electronic breadboard model is made. The example of the analysis of indicators of non-failure operation and durability by means of system ASONIKA is considered.
