In article the specificity of mechanical processes modelling in designs of radio-electronic means is described. Such problems as are: absorption of energy during harmonic and transient loads, unacceptability of solid geometrical model for mechanical processes calculation, multipart property of designs of radio-electronic means. In article Palmov-s hypothesis for damping and beam-shell model as a basis for creation of complex assembled finite-element models of designs of radio-electronic means is offered. For the questions connected with multipart property the synthesis procedure which is based on beam-shell models is offered. In the end the example shows all advantages of offered procedure for solving synthesis problems in multipart design of radio-electronic means.
