Computer simulator has been developed assigned for calculations of amplitude and phase distortions of optical and radar signals passing through turbulence medium. Universal possibilities of this simulator are demonstrated for the calculations of signal propagation in diverse observation conditions including cases of isotropic and anisotropic inhomogeneities, wideband signals, active location of objects, as well as for imitation of medium effect on operation of optical-electronic and radar facilities
