Abstract:
At construction of technical sight systems the large meaning have the effectively working devices of preliminary processing of the images, they allow to reduce computing expenses, and, else important parameters of systems, and to expand area of their applicability.
The approach allowing is known to synthesize linear twodimensional filters for devices of preliminary processing on the criterion of basis efficiency, which connects readout of the pulse characteristic of the filter to factors of decomposition of a power spectrum of an entrance signal in twodimensional Fourier line on cosines, therefore essential meaning has the decision of a measurement task of these factors.
In clause the method of factors measurement of decomposition power spectrum of the image signal in twodimensional Fourier line on cosines is offered, which knowledge is necessary for synthesis twodimensional filters and definition of filtration efficiency. The estimation of a methodical error is carried out. The influence of a constant component is considered.
