Abstract:
Cold injury is a heavy defeat, and continues to be one of the most difficult sections of clinical medicine. Of the total number of patients with cold injury on Northern region accounted for 85 % [1, 3, 4], and in areas with temperate climates is 1-2 %. [2]. Therefore, search, development and standardization of medicines (charges) from frigoprotektornym action for the prevention and treatment of cold injury is an urgent task. The aim of this work was to study the component composition of phenolic substances character triterpenic and tannins. Work was carried out in the Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry of the GNU Aromatic Plants. For a detailed study of BAS in the test assembly was used method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The study was performed on a «Gilston» (France) with the metal column 4,6h250 mm Kromasil C 18, particle size 5 micron; manual injector Rheodyne 7125 USA with subsequent computer processing of the results using the «Multichrom for «Windows»; at room temperature; mobile phase: methanol - water - phosphoric acid conc. (400:600:5); eluent flow rate of 0.8 ml/min; UV detector «Gilston» UV/VIS 151 model (at 254 nm). Excerpts from the collection were prepared using 2 solvents: water and ethyl alcohol 70 % for maximum extraction of phenolic nature of BAS. Identified in water extraction from the collection: gallic, chicory, caffeic acid; Free and glycosylated flavonoids - likurazid, luteolin-7-glycoside, rutin. Dominated by gallic acid content of 24.5 % and 36.5 % rutin, total flavonoid content, determined by normalization of the peak areas is more than 48 % of the amount of phenolic compounds.
