Currently at the pharmaceutical market exists many drugs with anti-inflammatory and venotonic action. Most of these drugs are registered as dietary supplements, so the development of a drug on the basis of dry extract of horse chestnut seeds and arnica foliosa is revelant. The goals are to develop the composition and manufacturing of complex preparation for external application on the basis of the common horse chestnut dry extract and arnica foliosa dry extract. To achieve this goals, the following tasks were solved: making selection of excipients for the manufacture of soft formulation, developing the optimal gel technology.
