Abstract:
The central role in children cardiology belongs to ethiopathogenesis, prophylactics and creation of modern means of treatment of essential arterial hypertension (EAH).
Our research has shown that developing of essential arterial hypertension at teenagers has included dysbalance in the work of gas transport function of blood together with symptoms of oxidative stress. Dysregulation of gas transport system of blood manifests as compensatory reaction (improvement of oxygen transport to tissues) associated with significant increase of 2.3-BPG and disorder of molecular oxygen utilization and intensification of free radical processes that illustrates as increased MDA level. Development of EAH at teenagers is accompanied by inhibition of endothelial NO production and increased ACE activity.
